Beginning operations in 1981, the two principal owners performed installations in the Northern Virginia area. Their focus was track housing, including townhomes and single family residences. They installed duct work and equipment in these homes to assure that every house attained the highest level of comfort. They not only showed their conviction to finishing the installations in a timely manner, they proved to homeowners that the service once they moved into their home would be second to none.

Over the years, they gathered a team of licensed professionals. From the engineering department to the service mechanics, all facets of the business were finally taking shape. They opened their own sheet metal shop in which they would produce the various fittings tailored specifically to each job.

Currently, TMS serves a variety of markets. They tackle track housing with the same vigor the company was founded on and have expanded their breadth in the marketplace to include custom housing and after warranty service to the homeowner on all brands of equipment.

Our Community

We have been recognized in the Maryland Virginia Metropolitan Area for supporting various athletic groups, local charities and trade schools.

Each year we attempt to sponsor some sporting activity such as baseball, softball or football. In addition, we have donated monies to the Melwood facility for the mentally disabled and the Retirement Home in La Plata, MD. We have been members in good standing with the Charles County Chamber of Commerce and actively participate in various events sponsored each year.

In our efforts to help educate students with an interest in the HVAC discipline, we work closely with the local vocational technical schools in the Charles and Calvert County Regions. Annually we donate materials to help students learn how to fix broken equipment and give them hands on experience for what they may encounter in the "real world".
