Many equipment manufacturer's warranties require that you have an annual maintenance agreement.  So, you shouldn't think about going without HVAC maintenance anymore than you would go without an oil change in your car. Our service agreements include many tests and inspections which can diagnose small problems before they turn into large expensive ones.
