I felt compelled to write this letter to you. It has been several years since your company replaced my furnace. That was when I first came in contact with Randy. A man who immediately put my mind at rest with his confidence, loyalty to his company and sincere dedication to helping distressed homeowners. His first words were don’t worry I will take care of you. Of course, he did and when he left we had a brand new furnace. We have had no complaints with our heating system.
In a hot spell our air conditioner gave out. There was no question that I was going to call. I knew the moment you said we will send Randy my problems would soon be resolved.
In a world where companies seem to have substituted their balance sheets for customer service it is a pleasure to know that TMS. Inc. still puts the customer first.

I am writing to remind you that you have two remarkable employees, Scooter and Willie. They arrived at out home around 7pm to fix our air conditioning system. They fixed the system, but stayed to see how the ductwork was laid out. They scattered throughout the house to determine the best way for Danny to adjust the dampers.
They left before 9pm. All the time at our home, they were energetic, curious, knowledgeable, and courteous.

On January 2010, I awoke to no heat and it was only 29 degrees in my house. Within an hour, your man called to say he was on the way. In a very short time my heat was back on and the technician provided a complete explanation of what happened. Not only was he courteous, the charges were less than expected and he arranged to install the new parts once they were available. I will recommend your company to any and all others. Your service is quick, fair and complete.

message: Just want to thank the TMS team for their support to my daughter Colleen in helping clean up after the HVAC system fire in her townhouse on October 3.
